Thomas R.'s Story

Tom is from Plainfield, Indiana. He is married to Ruth (Sheafer) Larkin. He attended Plainfield High School, graduating in 1969. He later attended Rose–Hulman Institute of Technology (BS in Mechanical Engineering), Rose–Hulman Institute of Technology (BS in Mathematics) and Indiana University's Kelley School of Business (MBA). He worked at Allison Gas Turbines (Indianapolis), GE Aviation, retiring in 2010 (Cincinnati), Boeing (Seattle) and is now a senior consultant and program manager for Belcan Engineering Group (Cincinnati). entoring and tutoring, and traveling. He would like to get into TV and/or radio broadcasting someday. One of Tom's favorite quotes is: "I'll try anything twice!" Another one is: "Two-thirds of Americans do not understand fractions, and the other half really don't give a hoot!" More about Tom that we found from his Facebook account: "I am MORE than blessed with a truly wonderful Christian wife, two awesome children that actually like and love me for me (that can be rare these days!), good health and most of all, Jesus is my Savior!
